Skala Construction, LLC was founded as a Connecticut based, commercial construction management company in 2014 by Aristides Koutouvides and Niko Koutouvides to procure management assignments of large-scale, commercial projects as a general contractor, construction manager and design builder.
The company employs a staff of project managers and superintendents with decades of experience in the design and construction of a wide variety of commercial projects including: multi-family apartments, medical / office buildings, retail stores / restaurants, industrial facilities, and municipal buildings / schools.
The team delivers an array of management services from project start to finish including: pre-design coordination, design team management, estimating, value engineering, project scheduling, bidding, construction coordination and implementation. Relying on a strong network of qualified subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, Skala Construction fits these resources together to ensure execution of the most complicated of designs and building challenges. Our team combines skill, experience and hard work to deliver the final product on-time and on-budget.
