33 Riverside is a 42,000 sf office building located along the Saugatuck River in downtown Westport, CT. The scope of the project consisted of exterior and base building upgrades that included the following: modernization of building elevators, lobby improvements, exterior façade enhancements, concrete parking structure restoration, parking screening, upgrading hardscapes and landscapes.
