777 Commerce is a 60,000 sf office building located in the Fairfield Metro neighborhood of Fairfield, CT. The scope of the project consisted of exterior and base building upgrades that included the following: elevator repairs, lobby improvements, new exterior surface parking and drainage installation, utility upgrades, lighting modernization (exterior and interior), new hardscapes and landscapes.
