Dogtopia is a 4,600 sf doggy daycare center that provides a full service place for daycare, boarding and spa services. The project consisted of taking a raw, cold dark shell retail space and converting it into an operating dog daycare. The tenant required a full, turn-key fit out that included concrete slab, utilities, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, sound proofing, storefronts, bathrooms, reception area, playrooms, bathrooms, furniture, employee offices and a dog wash.
