ESH Mediterranean is a 5,239 sf fine dining restaurant expected to open in the spring of 2022. The tenant required a partial fit out of base building and mechanicals in order for the tenant to complete finishes. The scope of the work included utilities, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, sound proofing, storefronts, bathrooms and concrete slab installation.
