The Learning Experience

The Learning Experience is a 9,800 sf daycare center that provides childcare and preschool services for infants through kindergarten aged children. The project consisted of converting an open air garage into a fully operating daycare. The base building scope included new foundations, roofing, exterior walls, cast stone veneer, plumbing, electrical, drainage, utility upgrades, hardscapes and landscaping. The tenant required a full, turn-key fit out of their space that included reception area, classrooms, bathrooms, laundry facility, commercial kitchen, furniture, fixtures, employee offices, lounge and outdoor playground.
